Cahors is the birthplace of the Malbec where it has been grown for more than 2000 years. This grape variety is quite easy to grow, but extremely sensitive to its natural environment; soil, micro climate, hygrometry, length of sunshine, etc... It's on our “terroir” of Cahors that the Malbec finds its optimal condition to give its maximum potential.
